You could say that the drivers crashes, screen turns black, fans are not functioning etc.) You also want to say that you have tried solutions to fix the graphics card. You wanna be brief about this because they will believe your story. MAKE SURE TO SAY THAT YOU HAVE SEARCHED FOR TROUBLESHOOTING METHODS OVER THE INTERNET about your graphics card.
