So i have the PoP and SN and have talked to our friend Randall B now they are saying for me to ship the mouse back.

 

1-should i box them (if soo how)

 

 

2-Just not do anything and contact them after like a week and tell them if they received it?

Can't believe after 3-4 years Randall is still doing RMA for Steelseries lmao, If you got randall better move on lol.
