Kostrikov 60 Since it is annoying to wait for tool to be confirmed and disinfector rank is seen as a "cool ez name color" maybe the following suggestion will help: Make a rule that all tool-threads have a VT in it. Add a regex searcher so once a thread is posted it searches for a VT link, if none found hide thread till it is confirmed or not even allow it to be posted with a pop up "please use virus total link". Now this is easy bypass to still post infected links, but will help quite a lot.
