Make bugtracker have some sort of award / rank

Hey so i was thinking that it would be cool to pay users 100 credits per bug they submit (that gets approved or whatever) and then after 10 approved submits they get an award.

And after 50 then they get a rank, 

what do you think?   :feelsgood:
