How to check email access of a user:pass combo list?

hi guys , im fairly new to cracking , so the website i need to crack is using user:pass and i need email access with it. i know how to check email access with email:pass combo but not user:pass combo. Anyone know how can i check it? :pepe:

You can't really do that.

They all rely on full email:pass, sorry.
