youssefbaghour 2 Guys, I have an old Amazon account and it's email webmail that I want to use ... the problem is that it holds it's former owner's informations, and when I try to change them including the email itself the account gets banned. Is there anyway to change those info without being suspicious. Cause I guess that Amazon thinks that I hacked into the account webmail and tried to change the infos, thats why it prevents me from changing infos. I bought the account from its original owner but I'm not in touch with him anymore. Hope you can help me guys, I really don't want to loose my money since I can't ask for a refund.
