Proxys for a Auto Fill Bot are slow

Hello, I created a VB application which goes to a URL and fills out the sing up information of the Email provider, since the have a bot prevention you can't make many requests with the same IP.

So I made it connect with a Proxy.

I am using the VB WebBrowser, but if I am using it with Proxys (not to bad ones) but it takes soooo long to reach the site.

Is anyone out there which knows how they do it with all the checkers?? Since they have the same concept.

I would be very happy about any kind of help :)
