How to remove or format write protected USB?

I have tried cmd promt method and the other registry method as well by setting value 0 in Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies but nothing happens. it remains same. unable to format write protected usb. 

 

What should i do?
