3. Go to this link:

4. Find the item you purchased.

5. Click the three dots on the item, and select "Report A Problem"

6. Select "Accidental Purchase" from the dropdown.

7. In most all cases, your gmail will get an email saying your refund has been approved.

8, Wait for the refund, (If you used a google play gift card, refunds are instant.) 

*Otherwise, refunds will take a few days. (2-3) It depends on the payment method.

9. Recieve your money.

10. Repeat as needed and enjoy.

UPDATE: This does infact work. But only temporarily. Most games will take back any in app purchases you have made. and even put your account into the negatives.
