CrackedArmy 1 Beste, echt een slechte ervaring met Proximus, zij geven bijna nooit de correcte informatie door: over packs, snelheid en zoiets. Ik heb naar winkel geweest om een pack te bestelen met internet (minimum downloadsnelheid 100 Mbps en uploadsnelheid 15 Mbps) en TV. Medewerkster zei dat bij Minimus dezelfde downloadsnelheid en uploadsnelheid als bij Familus. Ik vroeg om precies te zeggen omdat uploadsnelheid is ook belangrijk voor ons. Zij zei dat wel, dezelfde snelheid. Dan heb ik een Minimus bestelde, het was beter voor ons onder gelijke voorwaarden van internet want daar is ook een mobile bij (voor mijn zoon). Op dezelfde dag wilden wij toch 100 % zeker te zijn over uploaden snelheid en wij hebben in de proximus chat het gevraagd, het antwoord was: met Minimus is 6 Mbps! Ik heb direct terug naar winkel gereden en gevraagd mijn bestelling van Minimus naar Familus te wijzigen en geen proximus mobile te nemen. Het was al te laat voor mobile, dus ik moest voor mijn zoon een proximus abonnement laten nemen.
