Is there a decent proxy scraper / tool for <=$7?

But I don't know a minimum or if an amount would be overkill. I'm using free proxy tools to get the few good ones I can from them, but there's not many so I'm guessing I'll need to merge them. There's about 20 total on this last scrape.

 

Checked & good/working, how is a list of 20?
