Hans420 85 Well, this would depend on your phone provider and country. Are you looking for an unlocked phone? HTC Evo is around $100 (EU) or there is the HTC One m8 (US) which is slightly less than $100 now. The m8 is a quad core where the Evo can be a octa core. Both last around 2 years.
