Hello guys i discovered a new method of hp and wanted to show u how to SE it!

 

[hide] ok guys, so first of all u need a serial and some photos of the monitor, u can ask in ebay for some seller they can give u photos of the sn easy.

 

then call hp, use textnow app so the call is free.

 

then tell em that ur monitor have overheat issues and also u have to finish a lot of projects about ur job and you need your monitor working no more late than the next week.

 

DONT ASK FOR REPLACEMENT. They will send you to other rep and u have to say the same thing. after it they will give u some troubleshoots steps, try to '' do it '' make it believe put the call on hold for 5 min and tell em that still not working.

 

they will ask you to ship the monitor back for repair, u have to say that you dont want a refurbished monitor, u paid for one new and u need one working without any problems before. u have to act like nervous cause '' u can lose your job if they dont help you '' after it they will ask you if u want a replacement, sometimes they can ask for the monitor first back but its okay with a little complain that dont have time they can give you a replacement first

 

or u have other option that is 100% sucess! when they ask you for replacement end the call, then a rep will contact you by email asking for call him back. when u call him back u have to say that u are stressed and u really dont have time and ur boss will kick you if u dont finish the projects. he will ask again for the address and then he will offert 1 day shipping. just wait for a confirmation like this https://imgur.com/a/UQoW2Jb

yes they do that, especially if you dont speak their language (eg, you call hp germany and speak english)
