Leecher won’t run

Hi so basically I’ve downloaded slayer leecher v0.6 and everytime I try open it a loading bar window pops up for about 0.2 secs and then it doesn’t let Me open any checkers or slayer leecher 

 

I’ve tried deleting all anti virus software I could find but still no luck 

 

Any help?
