Bypass Google Store "Transaction couldn't be compeleted"

Hey,

I have been trying to redeem multiple free trials on google play store, what I do is after redeeming the trial, I change accounts then try to redeem again. It works for 3 accounts then stops. The only way to make it work is to use a new device.

Does anyone know a method or a way of redeeming multiple accounts without getting that error? Willing to pay
