I cant Figure out how to view database files in sql format

Hey guys, I got a important question I want answered. How are you supposed to open and view database files? Ihave tried using XAMPP and myphpadmin but both wont show me these files the max size is 2048 mbs.

Try use EmEditor to load *.sql file. This working with me.

You can enable or disable certain columns you don't want or try splitting it after each comma and taking whatever you want.
