[QUESTION] Looking for advice what to do

Hey.

I'm currently SE'ing Corsair and what I've done yet is create a ticket and say the product was received not working and provide an amazon POP.

Now they say that because of 30 day warranty I should contact the retailer.

 

What should I do?

So... contact Amazon? Even though I think that will be a lot harder to SE though...
