Telegram have this ability Second: When you want to send the money in description section write something completely different. For example: You bought a 100$ steam account, before that you already made fake screenshots of chatting with somebody who scammed you for buying crypto shit or something and he didn't provide you that and you're crying and you need some help :pepe: :kek: Now you immediately report that account to Webmoney support and provide them the fake screenshots. The will ban the guy temporary The victim shit himself and go for screenshots to prove that he's right but there's nothing because we already deleted all the shits :kek: After that you pay 4$ for Arbitrage system and you select a arbitrator for yourself.
