Do you work out?

Recommended Posts

If so, how many times a week? And what are you training?

I try to workout about 5 times a week, but usually it's around 3 to 4 times a week. I do back, chest & abs on twice and biceps, triceps & abs twice. The other day I do my legs.

I do my arms every day and that's it, no legs, no chest, no back.

Just arms every day, doing legs and shit is boring.

I'm literally average UK weight, no fat, skinny or chubby.

I go for the occasional run and eat utter shit food.

I just started working out, I just wanna get in the routine now, then focus on my food and then start working on the gains.

Used to a long time ago, but now just casually a few times a week to keep ticking over. Lack the determination and discipline now. Your diet plays such a big part, especially if you're looking to gain + the testosterone of a teenager/twenty-something helps.

I can only workout on the weekend so its a bummer BUT I love to workout in the super hot sun. Like the sun empowers me! I do weight training mostly upper body but I do leg day as well.

Often do 2 times a week rn, before I used to do 3-5 times a week, but then came a lot of work and I don't have the time anymore.
