It doesn’t matter what you lost as long as you are still alive, Life has just reset your life for you it's a new beginning Nothing Worth! That’s a blessing

When the times I feel down or lost a big thing in my life. I realise that no comment or advice is feel like genuine. I dont know... Maybe I am not a person who listens others in difficult times... :(

Try to get the person attention to something else, but keep in mind don't tell her/him stuff related to the stuff he/she lost

Words don't always help, but just being there is the best thing to do. Some people don't even have that.

Let them know that you are there for them and to take things day by day. Being alive is what matters. Take care of yourself and stay positive. Things will get better.

No matter what you've lost, you've always got something - that can be arms, legs, good mental health etc - Something someone dreams of having.
