Things you need before doing this method: Some money, a steam account with some games on it and a account you would like to have the game on

Go on https://www.kinguin.net and go into support and fill in the fields like this https://i.imgur.com/ragzYYS.png the part where they ask you to describe your case, just say some bullshit that your key did not work when you tried to activate it.

When you get into the support this is where you need another steam accounts with games on to make it believable its not a new account, they will ask you take screenshots of what happens when you activate the key and of ur library, just do as they say and send the screenshots.

After that they will ask you if you want a new key, but just say you want your money refunded and simple as that, you will get your money back within a day.

This method only works with steam keys as far as i tried, feel free to explore it more.

Also when you get the money it wont be refunded to your paypal but you will get store credit, to buy other games
