Disable Quoting in Combo Section

Recently I've noticed a lot of leechers just quoting my posts and leaving literally no reply,

I think it would make the moderator's jobs a fuck ton easier if users couldn't quote in the combo section, at least the OP.

Its useless in that section anyway.

I dunno, give it some thought.

They should exclude BB code to count as character count.
