Netflix trough cookies on Smart TV?

Hey! I was wondering how could you watch netflix on a smart tv using cookies. Or if it is even possible.

I know it can be done on PC. I have done it on PC before but I would like to have it on my TV. Yeah logically you could put a pc to you tv but I can't really do that since I don't have a laptop.
