1. go to https://ezgif.com/gif-to-apng

(GIF to APNG converter. Easy to use online tool for converting GIFs to animated PNG (APNG) format, that works similarly to animated GIF files. Upload GIF file or paste URL)

2. convert  to a png

3. resize it to 100 x 100

4. save it as a PNG, but make sure you add .gif at the end (file Extension .gif)

5. upload to discord
