MyRoWARE 1 i used many cracked spotify accounts in my life and not only spotify accounts but origin, uplay, steam and more. Its not dangerous. But using a cracked acc can be annoying cause owner can change pass everytime or if it was publicly shared there can be lots of users and u wont be able to use it normally.
