HELP: Storm - "Ban Key Found, Retrying"

Hi, whenever I try to crack on storm, using any proxy I get this message, am I doing something wrong? Why do I keep getting this message? How do I stop this from happening, please help ASAP so I can get some accounts and return to the amazing community here at cracked.to!!! Please help me out   :pepe:
