Looking For Someone To Dev A Website for Store

Hey i'm looking for someone (must be reasonably repped or able to have a HQ member vouch for there services) to build me a website, unfort im not good in that area and have no idea how to host one, Im not using wix or wordpress xD

1. I'm looking for someone who can show me the basics on hosting so i can get the website up and running

2. Someone who can help me if I have any problems with site in the future

 

Needs:

1. Need to have a dork and combo service implemented into the site! This is a service that sends out combos/dorks daily to people who have purchased the service, I can do these manually per person (I need everyone to get diff stuff so they can get HQ!) I would like an account and a key system for this (say I sell keys and people can then redeem the keys on the site to unlock service)

2. I need a Combo and Dork Page where I can advertise dorks, combos for 1k, 2k, 100k, etc whatever I need,  I want the payment buttons to redirect to shoppy or selly I havent decided which one yet.

 

Websites that are similar to what im looking for:

https://infinity.black/ - i want to run a similar service but there website is pretty cool

https://www.datasense.pw/ - this is the kind of website im looking for but with seperate pages for the services and dorks, combos, etc, if it had these it would be perfect!

 

Be aware im not rich! But I will make the price as reasonable as possible!

LoL you want too much to be done for only $50? People are not retarded, they can't spend their hours to make website for $50 but 300-400$ is a good price
