Help loading a combo list into a checker C#

Hi there :hype: 

 

So basically I coded a cracker that checks an account into a website when getting input username and password from the user but I want to automate that (like a checker) so that it loads a combolist and then assign every user:pass to it string and check the whole thing.

 

Help would be much appreciated <3
