Neither. I choose not to do that sort of method due to its publicity. In my opinion, it's definitely safe to use, but I don't think in the long run it will be safe as I've heard on Reddit about bans from Argentina. Again, I don't know anyone personally who has been banned from it, but I refrain from touching saturated methods.
