Register online

Graze over the user manual for basic troubleshooting steps for no power issues

Email CS and tell them you have no power, tell them all the steps you've gone over & it's a no-go

They'll reply with shipping info to take to UPS - You DO have to box an item & send - I have used old curling irons, etc (something close to the weight you're claiming)

The UPS store will have all of the shipping info available

They'll usually send out replacements before your item arrives to them
