[SUGGESTION] Repping base on qualities of the user

Make the rep based on their quality of both their reps, likes and rank probably if it hasn't been added yet, people could abuse neg repping. But as I said, if this is already a function and I'm just a complete retard then tell me

What I mean is like we could do repping based on rank like you guys are doing right now and add or remove repping points based on their qualities of threads/posts, how many likes they have and what is their current reputation values. Like +1rep/100 likes, +1rep/10reputations points and vice versa, -1rep/-5 reputations so no rep fucking people for no reason, sometime it could happen.:smart:
