You'll need the following:

- A amazon gen.

- If you are SEing Ram the serial numbers

 

- A brain (something most of you lack)

 

 

So you want to open a ticket with them. You don't have to use a reship but you can if you want. They don't bill.

When opening the ticket make sure to get the part number right. (Find it on amazon) or they will send the wrong product its happened to me.

They will ask you some questions just use common sense when answering. They will say send it in.

 

Now do NOT Box them or it will fail.

Just say you sent it in. After a week ask has it arrived they will say no. They will look into it. They will ask for the tracking say you sent it without tracking. If in the UK explain to them that royal mail doesnt have tracking.

After they will just send you one via DHL
