What is the chance to refund fineproxies after checking accounts with it

After 1 hour of reading proxies providers T.O.S (because i dont wanna screw with them) i found that you can not refund a fineproxy proxy if its banned on any site

 

0% to 100% what is the chance to have 0 banned proxy after checking a combolist with them

if the proxies are banned on google, you won't get a refund. I suggest trying on Storm or Proxyrack.

They said the proxy should not be banned on ANY website and not only google

Well read their tos:

 

"1. To obtain a refund, send a ticket confirming, that you are not satisfied with the proxy, and explaining why you request a refund.

2. We do not refund money if since activation passed more than 48 hours. This time is quite enough for the test.

3. We do not refund the money if the proxy is banned on any site (Google, Yohoo, and others), since we do not sell not the access to the site, but proxy. Buy it, try it, and if you don’t not like it, get your money back.
