I4M3l33t 0 Totally understand as those words appear to me almost daily accompanied by blind panic. Life is definitely about changes and movement. So I agree, try new things, switch up whats not working. I know after I got clean I had a crazy episode being shut in, there is literally only so many episodes of SVU a person can watch before they reach the brink of insanity. So I started going out more, walks, making beats, listening to music, attending local events I ordinarily would have never participated in. I don't know, it seems to help.
