Well for romance and drama Toradora is probably the best out there and if you want a few others I really like: Karakai Jouzu (a personal favourite), terror in resonance, scums wish, Sadako, orange, 5cm per second, violet evergarden, date a live. You really can't go wrong with those but terror in resonance, violet evergarden, and date a live fit into all of your preferences. You can click my banner for my full watch list of animes.
