No sir, it's not possible since Geforce logs you out even if you have remember me ticked in, luckily :)

 

Maybe there is a certain amount of time before it logs you out. Because my friend was able to sign into my account after I already closed Geforce Now. She signed it like 2 minutes after I closed it.
