Site or Login portal URL:  https://account.ubisoft.com/ (Most Checkers use API i believe)

Captcha:  Yes but API bypasses it

Capture: Valid Account (w/ Games) (Count Far Cry 4 (FREE) as invalid)

Proxies: Most checkers are proxyless

Additional Information:  the reason why i am requesting it is most checkers have a very low CPM, if a special checker comes with 20K+ CPM, it would be a lot better.
