Are there any programs that will check vulnerability from a file?

I got a huge list with websites, but I don't want to put them 1 for 1 in NetSparker.

Are there any programs that will fix my issue, so I can let it run a day or something?

It's unclear whether you mean SQL injection vulnerable or something else, but if that is what you're referring to I suggest Site Hunter by Calix, works like a charm when you have 100k+ urls to scan through.
