• So first you will need a Debit Credit Card that has an IBAN (I used Revolut MasterCard, which is free to create -> revolut)
   
  
• Now that you either have a VCC or a real plastic Card you can go ahead to paypal and link this card as abank account (not creditcard!!!) using the IBAN
   
  
• And thats it! Now you can just send your balance to the bank account you just linked (you dont even need to verify it). The money arrives in 1-3 business days. 
  

BE CAREFULL!!! DO NOT MAKE BIG TRANSACTIONS LIKE 1000+ $ BECAUSE REVOLUT CAN LOCK YOUR MONEY AND ASK YOU WHERE IT IS FROM SINCE IT WAS NOT SENT FROM YOUR NAME! I RECOMMEND DOING SMALL TRANSACTIONS OF 100$ OR LESS!!!

 

Now just spent the money using your cc as payment methode or if you got a plastic card, just go to an atm and get your cash!
