Really Basic .bat unencrypted you can reskin as you please, Made this a few years ago found it and realized it might be useful to some people 

 

UPDATE: There are some Errors like sending False RIP Messages to UnDowned Sites (Still Works with most Sites though) :)

P much, Alot of people ping so they can see if they downed a IP or Web Page.

I could see this come in handy if on unstable internet and you wanna play a game, but first check the ms to see if its possible.
