Method:

 

Get some pictures of the unit from a display if your in a big city, otherwise your stuck finding them online or seing them. 

Make sure you get a picture of the serial.

Call their support claiming an issue with your printer.

Research on google or forums, amazon reviews etc. for your own unique problem.

Provide the Receipt, and a pictures if requested.

Make up an urgency excuse when they offer an rma, and theyll cross ship or AR depending on how lucky you are.

For example you have it connected to your website for clients to use.  Make up your own.
