Rocco 22 I always use Creatine + pre-workout and some Vitamin pills before I kill the gym, there is a lot of creatine in red meat but you can also just buy it as a supplement also if you trying to bulk up and don't have enough money to follow some expensive diet, just eat brown beans + chicken ultimate weight gainer! but keep in mind to take your fruits and also vitamin pills, you don't want to get big fast and get all kinds of ugly dots on your face because of fat eating so keep your fruits with you! leave a like since I just wasted 5 mins of my life writing this :p Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
