Mustang Studio 0 A second submission is almost always worse than the first – here’s why ▪ A common mistake: “It didn’t pass – I’ll just upload the same document again.” For KYC systems, it works very differently. › What happens on a resubmission: → the system keeps the history of the first attempt → each retry adds flags instead of giving a “fresh start” → platforms compare versions and look for inconsistencies → even minor differences raise suspicion → the case starts to look like adjustment, not a natural process ▪ The outcome is simple: the more attempts, the worse the case dynamics – even if the document itself looks fine. › How we work: → we build data logic and submission flow so the first submit is the last → we account for what the system already “sees” in history and metadata → we remove flag triggers before any resubmission ▪ If you already got a rejection – don’t rush to upload again. Describe the situation, and we’ll analyze what the system has already recorded. › TG: @mustang_service ( https:// t.me/ mustang_service ) › Channel: Mustang Service ( https:// t.me/ +6RAKokIn5ItmYjEx ) #drawing #verification #documents #KYC #antifraud

Mustang Studio 0 Case: Wise, Italy. Why “one document” leads straight to a block ▪ The client contacted us to pass verification with Wise (Italy). The platform request was income verification. ▪ The client’s logic was typical: “I’ll upload one payslip – faster and easier.” But Wise sees it differently. › What the system actually requires: → payslips for the last 6 months → valid tax data (codice fiscale) → consistency of date of birth, region, and address → no discrepancies in file metadata › What was found during the review: → incorrectly generated codice fiscale → code length did not meet the standard → the code failed validation checks → attempting to upload only one document increased the risk of a block ▪ Key point: with repeated submissions, Wise does not reset the attempt. It stores history, compares versions, and accumulates flags. › What Mustang Service did: → insisted on uploading all 6 payslips, not just one → corrected and rebuilt the codice fiscale → aligned dates, region, address, and data logic → prepared documents according to Wise’s real requirements → eliminated repeat risks before submission ▪ Result: → documents accepted → verification successfully completed → transfer unblocked → client satisfied ▪ Conclusion: in KYC, “faster” almost always means worse. One unnecessary submission can cost you the account. ▪ Mustang Service – when the first submission must be the last. ▪ All data is published with the client’s consent and approval. › TG: @mustang_service ( https:// t.me/ mustang_service ) › Channel: Mustang Service ( https:// t.me/ +6RAKokIn5ItmYjEx ) #cases #verification #documents #KYC #antifraud #wise #payslip
