Fix my fucked up Amazon refund, will pay $100

Ordered switch from Amazon.de, refund fucked up, other refunder told me he could fix it and told me to box them, I box them, he then went on to fuck it up more and not get the refund, if anyone can fix this I'll pay $100, they have already been boxed just need someone to work from that
