On Blockchain, there is a currency called USD PAX. This crypto is always equal to $1 (1 USD PAX = $1)

 

At the moment, I reccomend swapping your BTC or ETH with Blockchains Swap feature to USD PAX.

 

Then when the price of BTC and ETH goes back up, you can swap your USD PAX back.
