Is there a way to prevent lockouts from these HULU/Netflix accounts?

Legit super cheap or i get them myselves and get locked sometimes. Yall have recommendations on how to prevent this besides a vpn possibly? I dont think itll work bc the original owner might get an email saying an unauthorized device signed in. What do u guys think?
