How do I not get banned for leeching

So I am new here and when I replied to see posts I notice that I got a warning level, Then I realised . that I was somehow Leeching.... After look what I should do, It said I have to contribute sooo... To cut to the chase what do you guys wanna see? I need ideas :thinking: :monkas:

You received a warning for leeching as I can see from your profile 

 

You will have to provide contributions such as accounts / leaks etc more often and in more amounts. Doing so will stop you from getting another warning/getting banned.
