You know best way is to hide few important sections from new member and to be able to view it you should be approved by moderator So if you are lq leecher you will be banned instead of approving

Haven't thought about that. Well in my opinion tho you should always look for reps. And you can also tell if the guy is trusted or not if he has a lot of messages, a lot of threads made, etc.. So if you see someone fresh with like 10 posts and a Supreme rank you'd know that he's fresh and he may be a scammer since he just registered. (Also I am pretty sure you can look at the registration date of each user so that can be a factor as well). true but not everyone think this way thats why people still fall in shit low brain dead scams !
