I still feel a little worried about the free hosting because they may decide to abruptly terminate the account. I also looked at the free domain and it seems like they have a very limited choice of domain names like .design. Thanks anyway.

Just Windows 10, I don't need to do anything fancy on it, it's good for gaming and coding, etc. It's pretty much just Windows 7 but a cleaner interface. Don't get confused with Windows 8.0, that version is horrible.

Honest advice: I would go an invest the money in stocks if you have the patience and skill. You could also just leave it in a high-interest bank account and let it sit there and gather small amounts of money (~1k each year). Use money to make money.
