Step 1: Decide what product you want from Tribit
Step 2: Go to tribits website and create a support ticket
Step 3: Just give a generic excuse like "my doesn't charge"
Step 4: They should reply with some troubleshooting, pretend like you did them. If they ask for a picture just get one from ebay or something.
Step 5: They should be giving you a replacement.
